•OUTLOOK: The 27th annual meeting for The Doings Cup features District 86 rivals looking for momentum. Hinsdale Central leads the series 14-12 and has won the last seven meetings, the longest streak for either school.
Averaging 36 points, the area-ranked Red Devils handed rival Lyons Township its first loss 56-42 Friday. The Red Devils' losses are to area-ranked Wheaton Warrenville South and Glenbard West.
The Hornets have led or been tied at halftime their past three games. They scored a season high in Friday's 27-20 loss at Leyden after leading 12-6 at halftime.
