HINSDALE – When things are going good, Hinsdale Central's offense runs like a high performance car.
The only difference is a car needs time to warm up.
For the second week in a row, the Red Devils opened up the throttle in the first half, following a 41-14 win in their opener with a 42-7 victory against Downers Grove South on Sept. 4.
"We've just been preparing really well," said Central senior wide receiver Brad Huth, who had 10 catches for 133 yards, including a 52-yard touchdown midway through the second quarter to give the Red Devils a 35-0 lead. "Our linemen have put in a lot of work and are carrying the team, I feel. That's where it starts. They're doing a great job. They're the center of our team, I think."
